Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Zyvexi. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Free UK Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders — no minimum spend.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery within the United Kingdom is 5–10 business days from dispatch. Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking code. Once dispatched, you can follow your parcel's journey using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at glauton.f.cc@hotmail.com and we'll investigate straight away.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
