At Zyvexi we want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Your Right to Cancel (UK)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

On top of your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a refund or replacement.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at glauton.f.cc@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover return postage and send a replacement or full refund.
